What form of payment do you take? We use Pay Pal as our payment processor. However you do not need a Pay Pal Account to place an order. Our Payment processor accept major credit cards and debit cards.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world.  All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for items.  You are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase.  Delivery times vary greatly by country and can take up to 5 weeks.  For First Class Mail International: Joy Clair is not responsible for the package once it has shipped as USPS does not at this time offer order tracking for International First Class Mail. Shipping fees and polices are subject to change at any time. (Avery Elle)

What are your shipping rates?  When you place an order, our website will calculate your order based on the items in your cart. The shipping rates for all the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  All orders will be processed within 5 business days and shipped via US Postal Service. Will I be charged sales tax? If you live in the State of Texas you will be charged sales tax as our offices are located in Texas.

Do you sell wholesale?

Return Policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. You may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will also credit you the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them.  Items that are defective or damaged will be exchanged for the same item only. Receipt of proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges

The following items cannot be returned – gift cards, open or used items (unless the product was defective – in which case we would be happy to replace the item).

Do you sell Gift Cards? Yes, you can purchase Gift Cards from our website.
Simple select the value of the Gift Card you wish to purchase in the drop down menu and add it to your shopping cart. After you complete your purchase. You will receive an email with your gift card code.

How do I redeem a Gift Card? As you are completing your purchase you will see a box marked …..that you will place your code in.


Do you have an Angel Policy?
Yes, we would love for you to use our stamps to create products for resale under a limited license. All Justrite Stamps are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.  YOU MAY NOT RENT OUR PRODUCTS TO OTHERS. All Justrite Stamps are copyrighted.

You may sell hand stamped artwork using our stamps under the following conditions:

  1. All stamped artwork is individually hand stamped and may not be reproduced or copied. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, and scanning.
  2. Artwork must be hand stamped by the artist personally. You may not pay workers to mass produce cards or projects for you to resell.
  3. Images may not be used for logos, trademarks, promotional materials, blog designs, web design or any other internet-related business.
  4. By selling our stamped images in your artwork you assume all the liability for your work and agree to indemnify Joy Clair and its artist(s) from disputes arising for you use of our stamps in your work.
  5. Individual die cuts from our dies may not be sold or package together and sold, they must be on a project

    How do I use photopolymer clear stamps? Gently peel our photopolymer clear stamp(s) from the film sheet and position on clear acrylic block. Ink your image and enjoy how easy it is to see exactly where you are placing your stamp. Then press onto surface with even pressure for a great impression.

    Care & Clean Up: Clean stamps immediately after using and store on printed acetate backing. Use a clear stamp cleaner or mild soap and water to clean. Gently wipe the stamps dry before storing. Do not use solvent based cleaners, acetone, bleach or oil based cleaners on stamps.

    Tips: Certain inks (pigment based inks) may discolor or stain clear stamps, however this will not affect the quality of the stamp.
